Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 1975, died in 1970) is an acclaimed American actor. She is most famous for portraying Detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter in NBC's drama Providence. Additionally, she earned recognition for her TV debut role for Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. Her most notable movies includes 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. There is speculation that she's working on a movie adaptation of the autobiography written by writer Elisabeth K. Kubler-R The Wheel of Life with Vlas as well as Charley Parlapanides. They were the duo who wrote the script for Immortals. In addition, she's shooting for an upcoming TV show that is titled Gods & Heroes.
